sonic island chapter 10

“Come on Shade, I’ve done everything from give you flowers to massages non-creepily in your sleep, why won’t you go out with me!”

“I’d rather be hit by a giant wave then go out with you!” Shade responded angirly.

“Funny you say that…” Knuckles said pointing behind shade.

Behind Shade was a giant wave carrying Sonic. The wave splashed over Knuckles and Shade, soaking them both. The wave then formed into a humanoid creature.

“Who are you…and why did you have to do that!” Knuckles said.

“Where is Queen Blaze!” Chaos roared.

“Ok, who is Queen Blaze and is she single?” Knuckles asked, before getting blasted away by a giant wave.

“I regret nothing!” he said flying off into the distance.

Chaos looked around as he saw more and more of the people on the beach.

“Seriously? There are more of you!”


“Hey…can you please not get water on my paper…” Shadow said, looking angrily up at Chaos.

“Oh I’m sorry…you mean like this?”

Chaos slowly dripped a bit of water right onto Shadow’s newspaper, getting it all wet and making it unable for him to read. Shadow got up, put down the paper, and rolled up his sleeves.
“CHAOS CONTROL!”

Suddenly, Chaos started floating up into the sky, turning into a giant ball of water.

“What…the…heck…”

“Now if you excuse me I’m going to get another paper.” Shadow said before disappearing before everyone.


Blaze, Tails, and Marine arrived on the island, beaching the ship quite quickly. Tails and Blaze got off the ship and quickly ran towards off of the beach, seeing what the heck was going on.

“Queen?” Chaos said, looking somewhat surprised.

“Chaos? What the heck happened to you?”

“Uh…well, I’d rather not talk about it.”

“Tails, what the heck is going on!” Sonic said, walking up to Tails looking quite angry at him.

“A lot…” Tails said.

“Oh…and you went into the temple and almost got into the chaos garden…”

“You went into the chaos garden!” Blaze said, looking quite angry at Sonic.

“Um…well…OH COME ON! IT WAS A BIG TEMPLE THAT WAS JUST SITTING THERE I HAD TO EXPLORE IT!” Sonic said, putting his hands up in the air in frustrating.

Chaos shot Sonic with water from his arms. Sonic went flying into a cocoanut tree.

“Ok…I may have deserved that…”

“That’s what you get for invading someone else’s temple…” Knuckles said with his arms crossed, before getting shot by water himself.

“What did I do?”

“You suck!”

Blaze tried talking to Chaos, but he continued to try and attack Sonic, with him narrowly missing the bullets of water coming at him.

“Chaos! Please!” Blaze shouted. Chaos ignored her, firing more and more at Sonic.

“What are we going to do?” Tails said.

“…I hate to do this…but Chaos leaves me no choice.

Blaze ran off towards Chaos. Tails shouted her name, but it was no use. She ran towards chaos, and as he was going to fire a huge water blast at Sonic, Blaze jumped in the way of it.

“My queen!” Chaos shouted as he stopped immediately after seeing Blaze getting caught in the fire.

“Blaze!” Tails shouted at the top of his lungs, quickly running over to her. Blaze laid on the sand soaking wet. Tails rushed over and put her head in his lap.

“B-blaze? Blaze!” Tails said.

“Oh heavens…THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT HEDGEHOG!” Chaos shouted at Sonic.

“Why my fault?”

“If you never went into the temple, I wouldn’t have a reason to attack you, you idiot!”

As chaos and sonic where arguing, and as everyone on the island crowded around to see what was happening, Tails decided to do the unthinkable. Tails placed his lips onto Blaze’s and gave her mouth to mouth.

Little did Tails know that for the most part Blaze was ok, a bit cold yes, but she was somewhat conscious. Still, Blaze allowed the fox to “save her”, and after the kiss, she coughed and woke up.

“Blaze…You’re ok.” Tails said smiling down at her.
“I’m cold…but ok…” Blaze said.

Tails brought Blaze in for a war hug, holding her tightly and wrapping his Tails around her.


After the chaos incident, things had calmed down a bit. Shade was the new lifeguard on the island, Tails still protected Blaze, although his protection services was more like hanging out with her.

Knuckles finally got Rouge…sort of…”

“Come on big guy, I ain’t going to carry myself.” Rouge said on Knuckles back.

“Y-yes Rouge senpai I understand…”

And as for Chaos, he’s back at the temple, protecting it now.

“You think he’s doing alright?” Tails asked Blaze, lying next to her with his arm around her shoulder.

“Yeah, I’m sure he’s fine. On a side note I wish I had gotten out more…this place is actually pretty great…”

“Yep, it’s even better with the new lifeguard.” Tails said, looking over at Shade. Certainly beats the old one.

And that’s that…everyone is chilling for the most part…even Sonic…sort of…

“Seriously Amy! Is this the thanks I get for asking you out?” Sonic said, tossing down flowers that he made for her.

“Yes! You’re a fool if you think I’m going to go out with a rude jerk like you!”

“But…but!”

“No buts!

Amy walked away, leaving Sonic sad and mad.

“I thought the hero always got the girl?”
